Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Countries

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Belgium

  • France

  • Germany

  • Spain

If your country is not listed, please contact us at oraimo@citbv.nl for a custom quote or request.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — stay tuned on our homepage or newsletter.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days

  • France & Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Spain: 3–6 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the courier and location.

Carriers Used

We work with trusted logistics partners, including PostNL, DHL, and UPS, depending on your location and package type.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations, we may not be able to ship certain items (such as products containing lithium batteries) to some regions. We will contact you if your order is affected.

Damages or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@citbv.nl with photos and order details.
