At CIT B.V. ( oraimo official distributor ) , we are committed to providing you with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

📅 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in like-new condition

  • Returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)

⚠️ Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, even within the 30-day window:

  • In-ear headphones / earbuds

  • Toothbrushes or other personal hygiene items

  • Products that have been opened and come in direct contact with skin or bodily areas

  • Digital software or activation codes that have been used

  • Sale items and gift cards

🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem (replacement, refund, or credit).

Returns cost 4,90€ - or your own responsability if you prefer sending on your own

🔄 Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. If you would like to receive another item, please:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)

  2. inform us of the desired product

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

⚠️ This right only applies to products that are unopened, unused, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
